Riverview Industrial Park

Riverview Industrial Park is a 515-acre park located in the city of Danville is situated at the intersection of the U.S. 29 Bypass (future I-785) and U.S. 58, the City’s major four lane east west highway.

The park is in a state designated Enterprise Zone, a program that offers unique incentives to business and private investors, based on their investment and job creation within the designated Enterprize area.

All utilities are owned and provided by the City of Danville, which includes cost-effective water, wastewater, natural gas, electric and broadband services. The park is zoned for LEDI – Light Economic Development.
