The Danville Office of Economic Development & Tourism (DOEDT), in partnership with Virginia Housing, is excited to host the Small Scale Development Workshop on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM at the Institute for Advanced Learning & Research, 150 Slayton Avenue, Danville.
This hands-on workshop, led by the Incremental Development Alliance, a national nonprofit, will equip participants with practical skills and strategies for neighborhood-based development. Learn how to analyze projects, understand building economics, and navigate the ecosystem of professionals in the built environment.
