Cyber Park
The City of Danville has created a 330-acre technology park in the enterprise zone, fronting US-58 and future I-785, anchored by the Institute for Advanced Learning and Research (NASA, Virginia Tech, Averett University, and Danville Community College partnership) and the Regional Center for Applied Technology and Training (R-CATT), and immediately adjacent to the Mid Atlantic Center for Aviation. Airside Industrial Park
Airside Industrial Park is equipped with curbed roadways, street lighting, fiber optic cable accessibility, in-park recreational areas, and all utilities. The park's design is state of the art, with its primary strength being its mix of sites. Mega Site
Berry Hill Road Industrial Park is a joint project between Pittsylvania County and the City of Danville. This 3,700-acre mega park is located in the county near the North Carolina border. The tract is the largest in Virginia and the fifth-largest along the east coast. View the Mega Site Map.

Cane Creek Centre
The City of Danville and Pittsylvania County also partnered to create Cane Creek Centre. This 900-acre facility offers readily developable rail served parcels and direct access to US-58 in a state designated Enterprise Zone. View the Cane Creek Centre Map.
